1. Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, canceled, or changed after purchase, including dates and times. Ticket upgrades are permitted only if available and must be for the same show date and time. Each person attending the event — including parents, grandparents, and helpers — must hold a valid ticket. Children 1 year and older require a ticket. Children under 1 are admitted free of charge if seated on a parent or guardian’s lap. Attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (21+). Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.

2. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (unforeseen events beyond the organizer’s control), refunds will not be issued. Instead, the ticket amount will be credited to the purchaser’s wallet for future events or rescheduled dates.

3. Venue Entry

Arrive early to enjoy the Reception Area, featuring food stations and fun activities. Theater doors open 20 minutes prior to showtime for smooth entry. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry; tickets remain non-refundable. Changing seats before or during the show is strictly prohibited. Theater seats are accessible only by stairs; there is no wheelchair access. Re-entry to the venue is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the organizer.

4. Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their belongings at all times. Strollers and bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm are not permitted inside the show venue. Stroller parking is available but items are left at your own risk. Lasers in the area may affect phone cameras; avoid direct exposure to prevent malfunctions.

5. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Unauthorized video or audio recording, the use of selfie sticks, drones, or stage interaction is strictly prohibited. Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, laser pointers, and other dangerous objects are not allowed. Outside food, beverages, and pets are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the venue.

6. Security & Safety

All attendees must undergo security screening, including bag checks and metal detectors. Safety is our top priority; failure to comply with staff instructions may result in ejection without refund. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive manner.

7. Health & Safety

Attendees must comply with all health, safety, and security protocols in effect at the venue, including government regulations and public health measures. Non-compliance with safety instructions may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

8. Event Logistics

Paid parking and concessions are available but not included in the ticket price. A $1.5 surcharge transaction fee applies to each ticket. All prices within the venue are in USD. Top-up stations are available inside the venue. Due to heavy traffic at the entrance, carpooling or taxis are strongly recommended.

9. Program & Line-Up Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change or amend the event program, attractions, or line-up without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes.

10. Weather Conditions

The event and show will proceed as scheduled regardless of rain or adverse weather conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

By entering, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience. Such media may be used worldwide by the organizer for promotional purposes without compensation.

12. Liability Waiver

Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except as required by law.

13. Environmental Responsibility

Attendees are encouraged to dispose of trash properly and consider carpooling or public transport.

14. Ticket Resale

Tickets may not be resold above their original face value or through unauthorized channels. Violations may result in canceled tickets without refund.

Attendees should monitor the official website and social media channels for updates, including venue regulations and health/safety protocols.
